Coming from a career in car sales, he initially started in a business development role with Realmark, finding a path that balanced his career ambitions with his role as a parent.
“Realmark created an environment where I could pursue my career and still keep my commitments at home,” reflected Aaron.
“It’s been a place where personal and professional growth could happen naturally, side by side.”
Aaron credits much of his professional growth to the mentorship he’s received from Realmark’s founders, John and Anita Percudani, as well as Jeanette Bates, managing director at Realmark North Coastal.
“The mentorship I’ve received has meant so much to me, both personally and professionally,
“With their support and the opportunities they’ve provided – like attending industry conferences across Australia – I've been able to really broaden my understand of the industry.
“Their guidance has played a huge role in my professional growth.”
The mentorship from Realmark’s leaders has been pivotal in shaping Aaron’s understanding of the industry, enabling him to better serve his clients.
This success is built on close collaboration with his team, including Alex McInerney and Jen Starbuck, who herself has been with Realmark since 1996.
For the past six years, their collective commitment has enabled them to consistently exceed client expectations.
“I couldn’t imagine a better team than Alex and Jen," said Aaron.
“Their dedication and support make every day enjoyable, and together, we bring out the best in each other to provide an exceptional level of service.”
Looking ahead, Aaron is focused on building upon the foundation he and his team have created, striving for even greater outcomes for Realmark’s clients.
Congratulations to Aaron Green on 10 years at Realmark - and on being named Residential Salesperson of the Year recently at the 2024 REIWA Awards for Excellence.
