In one of the most hotly contested agency-category awards, Realmark Karratha was named Medium Residential Agency of the Year, edging out six other finalists including fellow Realmark franchise, Realmark North Coastal.
Realmark Karratha, led by Jordan James and Ellene Watkins, was the only regionally based office competing in the category.
Staying with residential, Realmark North Coastal’s Aaron Green has taken out the coveted Residential Salesperson of the Year award.
Green claimed the award ahead of some of the biggest names in WA real estate.
It's the latest in a string of awards for Aaron Green and his team, who also claimed the Realmark Award for Residential Sales Team of the Year earlier in 2024.
Finally, the Realmark group now boasts WA’s leading residential and commercial salesperson, with Realmark Commercial’s Rob Dawson claiming the Commercial Salesperson of the Year award.
It caps off a stellar year for Dawson, who was recently promoted to director of industrial sales and leasing as part of Realmark Commercial’s recently refreshed leadership structure.
Realmark founder and managing direcor John Percudani said he’s proud to see his network acknowledged.
“While we don’t judge ourselves on the awards we win, it is pleasing to see Realmark team members and offices recognised at a significant annual event for our industry,” he said.
“Not only did we come away with these major awards, we had 11 finalists recognised across 10 categories, representing offices right across our state, from sales professionals to property managers, to marketers and innovators.
“It was a true reflection of our network and the excellence we aim to deliver.”
