This addition is set to significantly enhance convenience for families in the area by accommodating up to 102 children, ranging from infants to kindergarteners, including before and after school care services to complement nearby local schools.
This achievement reflects the persistent dedication and collaborative efforts of Realmark Commercial’s asset management and leasing department alongside the property owners, who are deeply committed to the Stratton community.
Led by Scott Chaproniere, Centre Manager, and leasing executives Alix Proudlove and Cambell Giles, the team worked closely with the property owners to turn a long-held vision into a reality.
The vision to reinvigorate Stratton Park Shopping Centre by providing services and solutions that benefit the Stratton community has seen the addition of a new cafe and bakery as well as improvements in security, design, and finishes at the centre.
Through this addition, families and caregivers will soon be able to take advantage of the convenience of the range of services in the centre as well as a new childcare option.
Located at the south corner of the centre, the new facility will replace the former medical centre & adjoining vacant space, featuring an outdoor playground that promises a vibrant space for children to play and learn.
“There was already demand for childcare in this area, however offering them the opportunity to take advantage of the convenience of generous parking and shopping and services all at the same time was unique,” says Natalie Aloi Le Bron on behalf of the property owners.
“Our goal was to transform Stratton Park Shopping Centre into a central hub where locals can enjoy a coffee with friends and shop conveniently and safely, all in one welcoming location.”
Stratton Park is nestled in the heart of the City of Swan, home to an IGA Supermarket and over 13 specialty stores, including a hairdresser and barber, a pharmacy, and a diverse range of food options.
